C.K.CRIGGER'S
WRITING
PAGES

C.K. Crigger lives in beautiful Eastern Washington with her husband, three feisty little dogs and a reclusive Persian cat. She loves history, fantasy and the unexplained, and often blends these elements in her stories. She is a member of Western Writers of America and had the honor of hosting the organization's annual convention in Spokane Valley, WA in June of 2005.  Her short story, Aldy Neal's Ghost, was a 2007 Spur Award finalist. Black Crossing was a 2008 Eppie Award Winner for best Western/Historical. Letter of the Law is a 2009 Spur Award finalist in the Audio Books category.
Raised on a wheat ranch on the Coeur d'Alene Indian Reservation, her early years form the background for her love of western stories, writing, and the wide open spaces. She writes about free-spirited people who break from their standard roles, whether living in the past, the present, or the future.

If you've never downloaded a book to read on your computer, iPhone, or one of the dedicated e-book readers, now  is the perfect time to try one. E-books are available in various formats; one of which will suit you.   Order from one of the many  electronic book publishers.  HINT: Amber Quill Press is my publisher, and they make my books available from all the online sellers, including Fictionwise, and Amazon in the Kindle format.  Amazon also publishes two of my western short stories for only 49 cents. Give an e-book a try!  Email me and I'll give anyone who asks a download of my western short story, Henderson's Horse Deal.
